STATEMENT OF FAITH
GOD
We believe in the God of the Bible, who is eternal, without beginning or end. We believe that He is the only living God. All others are idols and images which are man-made, whether made of wood or stone, including demons of deception, false angels of light, and vain imaginations from deceived darkened souls under the power of hell itself. The God of the Bible is omnipotent, possessing all power; He is omniscient, knowing all things, He is omnipresent, present everywhere at all times. He fills heaven and earth. No one can escape His presence.
This true and only living God is the God of the Hebrews - of Abraham, of Isaac and Jacob and He is the Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is the God worshiped by all Christians.
God exists and He is manifest in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Ghost. And know this, that these three are ONE.
Tenets of Faith
* We believe that all mankind is born in sin and in need of redemption.
* We believe in the virgin birth of God's son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
* We believe in the death, resurrection and ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ.
* Man can receive forgiveness of sins and experience salvation. This salvation is by grace, through faith in the shed blood and atoning death of our Lord Jesus Christ. Good works nor the practice of religion can save man.
* We believe in baptism in water by immersion.
* We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a second distinct impartation of God's Spirit.
* We believe that God's work on earth is to be accomplished through a collective group of believers called The Church by means of God's Holy Spirit.
* We believe in the literal and personal return to earth of our Lord Jesus Christ, at which time He will execute judgment on the wicked and establish His righteous kingdom on the earth.
* We believe in a literal 1,000 year reign of Christ with His saints on the earth. During this time, Christ will be King of all the earth and all nations will become subject to Him.
* We believe that during this present time of grace and of the Church, God is calling out and preparing a people to reign with Christ in the coming age.
